First, check your recycle bin. If you find your deleted notes there, you can select and restore them, then relaunch Scrble to access and load the restored content.
If this doesn’t work, another place to look is the temp folder. From your file explorer, navigate to a location that looks like this (replace your username or your drive name):
C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Packages\10511ClaudiaWey.inknotespro_9n0kwq747cbjy\TempState
The files may be in the form of .png and .gif files.

As you see in the video, I changed the paper type to force the resaving at the end, but you can also make a minor edit on the page to force resaving.
