Are you missing thumbnail images for your notes, as in the screenshot below?

First, find the location where the notes are stored:

Action->Explore Save Location

Are you using OneDrive? If so, make sure the Scribble folder is set to “Always keep on this device” (green check) or the thumbnail is not generated into Scrble.

If not, can you check if the thumbnails are correctly generated in your system?

Look at the thumbnails in your saving folder. Are they correctly generated (as in the image below)?

If so, try to close and reopen Scrble and see if the images get rendered correctly.

Scrble to render the thumbnail from your system, so ensure Windows is set up to generate the thumbnails correctly. You can read this article to learn how to fix the thumbnail in Windows 10.

Unfortunately, Windows can corrupt the preview files, especially if your file lives in a synchronized location like OneDrive. If so, you can turn on the computed preview setting in Scrble to allow the app to create new thumbnails.

After changing this settings, relaunch Scrble.
